Imagine having to type the same phrase over and over again into a text editor. This operation seems pretty annoying and can take a lot of time and effort. But using KeyText may solve this problem. It's a program that can memorize and type back any phrase or word, no matter its size. Thus, all the phrases you use the most can be automatically typed into your favorite writing application. KeyText is virtually compatible to any of them.

KeyText is a Windows application, supporting versions from XP up to 7. At the same time, the software is not hungry for system resources, as it can work even on older and modest computers.

The application doesn't have an actual interface as, when it is run, it adds an icon in the system tray area, from where the user can access a large menu using a single mouse-click. There are a couple of sample phrases available. Clicking on one of them will immediately launch Notepad and the text will be typed in real time automatically. But that's not all that KeyText can do, as it can also display an on-screen keyboard, which allows writing text without even using the actual keyboard.

Left clicking on the icon will display the phrases menu, while right clicking on it will display a totally different menu, which offers access to the program's settings and also allows adding more text to be automatically written.

Pros

It can automatically type phrases or words in virtually any writing application, without the user's intervention. Besides that, it adds a virtual keyboard to the desktop which allows typing text without actually using the real keyboard. Furthermore, it comes with some sample phrases, for proving the program's functionality.

Cons

The software doesn't have an actual interface and accessing the menus using the system tray icon may seem inconvenient for some. KeyText allows you to automatically write text phrases in almost any application.
